Just a normal guy doing his own repair work. This one is a little tricky because you can't get a ratchet between the frame rail and torque bolt. But you can improvise... Hope you enjoy the video and please subscribe.

I really appreciate you walking through your troubleshooting getting the bolt to move. I’m dealing with the same issues. Thank you.

Very realistic video! This looks just like what I went through most of yesterday afternoon. I still don't have it loose! Thanks

I replaced the O-rings on my 1993 Cherokee but a T-60 wouldn't fit. I had to use a 9/16's hex. I did the same thing of removing the hex from the socket. Used a 9/16's wrench on the end and a short cheater bar. I also removed the carbon canister and windshield washer tank. Didn't have any problems removing the filter adapter from the top.

It seems to be a common problem with older J’s and jeeps with the 4.0 L engine you would think that snap on or Mac would make a tool just for that.

Gonna do the same job on my 98 xj. I ordered the big L wrench on Amazon. Also will use cheater bar. Wanted to ask you how tight you went on the bolt. It's a thick bolt so i guess it's ok to use good force?

It can handle a bit of force. I tightened mine with almost the same force as it took getting it broke loose. Make sure your torx bit is tight and fits snug.
