I have started my fat loss journey arnd a month ago... I usually do 30 min cardio and hiit working during morning and 45 min gyn during evening and stared to have 1 egg in the morning... I was 90kgs after 1 month i am abt 84.5kg.. I was thinking to add some more time in cardio and gym🙂

from 120kgs to 77kgs in 5 months..yes i once lost like 9 kgs in 20 days. it may sound imaginary but it is true. i followed a strict low calarie diet with IF and drank like 4-5 ltrs of water everyday. i love playing badminton so that basically was my cardio and did very less wt. training. So alot of people will tell u that fat loss is all about 70% diet and 30% exercise, but for me it was 80% diet and rest exercise. Good luck and stay positive guys.❤️🌱

Sir u said one should not lose 10 kgs in a month...but the thing is that if a person has too much fat then 10 kg can be lost without losing muscles....lesser the fat, lesser caloric deficit should be there and vice versa

@@SHIVAMSingh-ym8li jyada kuch nahi hai sirf 12pm se 1pm ke bich mai khana khana hai (avoid oily and fried foods) or dopahar ko bhukh lage to kuch fruits khalena. 5pm se 7:30pm tak workout (full body, core and leg workout) bas itnahi. And repeat it 😌

@@ashutoshsharma6692 during first month,i only went to jog.... first day,1 round(350m),slowly increased it to 8 rounds(2800m)...when i saw my progress to losing 4kg in first month,started watching gym videos and performing the gym activity,then slowly reduced carbs intake to 50gm a day, whenever i get sweet craving,i get a date or two to fulfill my cravings and slowly by end of 2 months lost 10kgs, increased the intensity of gymming and by the end of third month,lost 15 kgs i.e from 97 to 82,btw now by the end of the 5th month its nearly 75-76kgs and im really fit and high on energy
