I am sharing my experience. My weight was 105 KG, then I started a gym, join personal training and now it's 95 KG . I reduced 10KG in 2 months. And if we talk about diet, it's not so strict. Only homemade food and rice, that too for lunch and dinner both times [ its my personal choice ] . And yes, fat loss is also happening. Now 3 XL size shirts are looking big. I have shifted to 2 XL [ same brand clothes] and waist size also reduced ....and will keep progressing further 😊😊..fat loss has also happened. My family doctor has said that there is good progress 😊 cardio treadmill has helped me a lot, specially high incline slow speed ..😊😊 please follow according to your health 😊

My funda is… hit the gym 6 days a week, 6 days watch what you put in your belly … treat yourself 1 day once in a while. Doesn’t hurt. Don’t expect amazing results from gym in a month, stay disciplined and give yourself 6-8 months at least.

Almost same here, eating something I like like dosa/ice cream/etc only once a week and with only small amount of course, lost 5 kgs in 8 weeks...more to go

@@princevegeta662if it’s once in a while, you can eat generous amount too coz your body is not going to absorb all of it from one or two meal. It becomes issue only if you do that on a regular basis. If you are still worried after eating a generous amount, just exercise a bit more (15-20mins) for a day or two and you are saved for sure.

I was beginner. Unable to go 6 days/week. Had to take 2 days gap because of muscle soreness..pains etc.. Took me almost 4 months to go continuous 5 days/week. So 6 days/week looks like applicable for professionals🤔🤔

Life is very simple . We ourselves complicate it ! Eat home cooked food . After 40 leave white sugar , minimise sweet intake as much as possible , avoid flour ( maida ) . If possible try to have live foods ( fresh vegetables, sprouts , nuts in it's purest form ) . And leave deep fried foods after 40. Be active through out the day . Walk as much as possible. Do house hold chores ( make your bed , clean your room , wash your dishes ) , that also burn calories ! Also please have a good sound sleep of 6 - 8 hours . That's it ! 😊

IMO only supplement body requires is creatine Monohydrate and omega 3 fish oil 1 tab per day. Baaki sab hawa bazi hai.. Eat fresh regular home cooked food oil no oil doesn't matter, but in small quantities throughout the day. Bus jog/run 3km-5km in morning before office m evening weight training.. Enough hai

My mom 87kg to 64kg did at 65yr age in 6-7 months no dieting even food qualities increased but oil & sugar are removed… now she feel more comfortable physically no pain in joints etc… even she is healthier… I added vitamin supplements in diet because of calcium deficiency in females with age & past history of b12 and haemoglobin deficiency…. I moderate her health closely… so believe me just do workout exercises or walk as your body can handle 45min in morning and 45 min in evening… you see difference within few days just push yourself to do physical activity

جناب السلام علیکم میں پاکستان سے چوہدری واجد تین سال سے ورک اؤٹ کار ہوں جناب بہت اچھا فیل کر رہا ہوں دو سال سے اپ کی ویڈیو دیکھ کر ڈائٹ بھی شروع ہے پردش بھی شروع ہے اور میں نے 10 کلو وزن میں نے کم کیا ہے بغیر کسی پروٹین کے گرین ٹن کو دن کو دو بار تین بار اور تین روٹی سے ایک روٹی پر ایا ہوں اللہ کا شکر ہے بہترین ورک اؤٹ جا رہا ہے ہیلدی بھی ہو اور اپ کا بہت شکریہ کہ اپ بڑی باریکی سے بات سمجھاتے ہیں اور ہم دیکھنے والوں کو بہت اچھی طرح سمجھ اتا ہے میں نے پوری یوٹیوب دیکھی ہے لیکن جیسے اپ سمجھتے ہیں ایسا کوئی بھی نہیں سمجھا سکتا

No fancy diet, 6 day gym, Calorie Deficit. Did Cardio sometimes but not consistent. Did Higher Volume training. Lifting Heavy and challenging is better. Just replaced sugar with jaggery for oats and milk. But occasionally having sugar not cut off. Vegetarian diet for me. And small amount of food at once, salad before rice so that stomach fills up and I don't overeat rice. One Roti at night by 7 pm. Have lost 16 kg in 5 months while maintaining strength for lifts in the Gym

Aapko weight loss seriasly karna hai to itna karo. Vegetarian diet. 1. Subha 7 se 7.30 tak uth jaye 2. Brekafast me alpino chocolate oats khao hot ya cold milk se sath 3. Koi be seasonal fruit 11 baje ke aspas 4. 1 se 1.30 baje ke aaspas Lunch me 3 roti dal sabji dahi chhach 5. 4 baje ke aaspas Dry fruit khae green tea k sath, kaju nahi khana 6 Dinner me vegitable dal soup ya fir sirf 1 katory dal chaval or khichdi 7. max 10.30 baje tak so jaye 1 glass hot normal water me 1 t.spoon haldi dalke. Most important: Sugar band kar dijiye, bahar ke naste band kar dijiye, sweets bilkul bhi nahi khana Aapka weight 1 month 4 se 5 kg loss hoga hi hoga 100% maine 3.5 mahine me 14kg loss kiya hai Agar gym jate ho results jaldi milenge

Bhaiya Mera thigh fat itna jyada hai ki kam nahi ho rha, mera weight 96 Kg hai with 172cm height. Ma roz 5 Km walking kar rha hu 1 month se and diet bhi control kari hai. Sir mera tarika h , count na karke only ye dekho is time pr jo bhi kha rhe usme cut krdo 4 roti to 3 khaao ,or protein bhadho us meal m roti or rice count kam krdo start isse kro .

Haan, fat loss ke time pe oats consume karna ek accha option hai. Oats mein fiber hota hai jo aapko lambey samay tak full rakhta hai, aur isse overeating ka chance kam ho jata hai. Oats low-calorie aur high-nutrient food hai, jisme complex carbs hote hain jo energy provide karte hain aur blood sugar levels ko stable rakhte hain. Aap oats ko breakfast mein ya snacks ke roop mein le sakte hain, aur isse aapke fat loss goal mein madad milegi.

Only 5 days gym jao. Two days rest karo. Uske bad apni muscle gain dekhna. Or Only one day rest karne ke bad dekhna. Atleast one day rest ke dauran hamri muscle jyda rest nhi kar pati hai. Two days m relax hoti hai. Mene khud try Kiya hai, bhai only two months meri body m change aya jabki six months se jo banda kar rha h. Uska change same hai.
