Jeff Foster - 'Life Without A Centre' - Interview by Iain McNay
The simple and direct message of Life Without A Centre is this: 'There is only ever Oneness. And in Oneness, the dream of separation arises, the idea that you are a separate 'person in the world', with a heavy past and an uncertain future, somehow divided from everyone and everything else. And in this dream there can be great suffering, because to a separate person, life will never seem complete, and a longing for Home will pervade all action. What we are talking about here is the possibility of waking up from this dream. And it's an awakening that's simpler and gentler than you could ever imagine. This radical message lovingly allows all spiritual paths to have their place, whilst at the same time making them completely obsolete. And this may feel very threatening to a mind hooked on ideas of paths, processes and perfection. But in the presence of this revolutionary clarity, the endless seeking of the mind cannot last. And then, in the place of striving, suffering, and solidity, there is only ever lightness, love... and so much laughter. Some have called this 'spiritual awakening'. I call it Life Without A Centre.' Remarkable and fascinating sharing of Jeff's awakening and the beginning of his spiritual journey. Many, many parallels with my own experience. It affirms the sense I have that there is a basic generic pattern or design of spiritual awakening for all. Why not? There is only one Self awakening to Itself. Thank you for posting his interview.

Jeff, very beautiful interview. You still have 'personality' style, yes. As you remain alive on this planet, I wish you continued awareness of those precious moments of feeling 'non-duality'. Those little spiritual experiences can actually get in the way of your awakening because you start searching for more , searching for deeper experiences. In the end they are not where the answer lies . They are JUST experiences . I’m speaking for myself but the answer is right here . You are everything in this moment . This whole moment and all the feelings inside it are you. They are the whole YOU. There is no outsider and insider . There is just this . You reading this comment . You are everything and you are perfectly whole and beautiful

From my current perspective which is ALL I have, it is not that you don't care, in fact you become more appreciative and loving. You see the beauty in everything just as it is. Put this way. As the power and presence of God creating everything, how can you make a mistake or harm ONEself? You can only fool yourself into believing the story. Anything is unreal, the only real is No thing. Or consciousness or God whatever you want to call it. Find Illusion or Reality on you tube. May like it. :-)

You are thinking, you still believe in right and wrong because of your identification with your thinking identity of self. Hence your confusion. Getting this goes way beyond intellect. Vegan Veggy or pure carni is all just a creation, it is the judgment that causes the pain. That is why you are confused.
