Niah I like Jeff, and although Zyzz and Jeff spread a message of living it up; which is good in a sense, At the end of the day all it boils down to is partying for some sense of accomplishment. You work out everyday and take steroids; not everyone just saying in some cases, jeopardizing your one shot at life, just to show off your "physique," looking for approval from others. Constantly having one night stands and having fake friends isn't a good life. It can be fun at times yes, but it's not what life should be about. So many kids are idolizing these people and viewing them as their heroes. They look up to them to escape their "nerd," life so they can finally get girls. At the end of the day what you fail to realize is a good, intelligent, decent girl won't give a shit what you look like. It's sounds cliche to say it, but it's whats on the inside that counts.

***** haha yeah I'd just rather not worry about it. I know I personally have been pretty lean my entire life naturally. So I do know that part is possible. As far as holding all that muscle, I just don't know and it really doesn't help what I'm doing to worry about it. I can promise you one thing though. I have and always will be a natural competitor so if you ever want someone to look up to a physique to achieve naturally, I will be one to follow :)
