I made posts of this before when the GT350 fist came out. As a owner. You should immediately get the current alignment specs of your car. brand new. to keep for later use. Since your car is brand spanking new, its alignment will never be better. the car will never drive better. Having those specs when it comes time to change your wheels or upgrade suspension parts will be crucial to matching how the car is suppose to be setup. in the unfortunate case of a fender bender it becomes even more important. since alignment shops may not have the proper specs for your car. and again, nothing beats having the best specs. when the car was new. Also... its wise to white mark your suspension. with a little white paint, make position marks for the items that could fall out of alignment. things like caster camber plates. toe bars, steering rack. in this way you have a direct reference as to where things should be. (again from the time the car was new). a car like the GT350 cannot be properly tuned by your local tireshop. Their computers will have specs from normal mustangs. and youl be pulling out your hair and possibly blowing tons of doe trying to get the car to feel and drive like it did when it was new. trust me ive been their. these simple things will save you from a ton of grief down the road when your forced to upgrade parts. Florida roads are very good on tuned cars. but if you go to a pothole crazy city, your bound to knock some things out of wack. youl thank yourself for having those specs. simply place them in the cars manual. seriously, dont take this advice for granted.

Hey Jeff, I'm glad you held out for getting exactly what you wanted. Even though it's "just a mustang", it's still half a mortgage on some houses (at least in the Midwest ☺️). Did you consider getting a loaded 2018 Mustang GT over this? I'm back and forth between the two myself. The GT350 just seems like that much more of a special car that REALLY makes me want it. The things that make me doubt the GT350 come from the same thing that makes me want it... Flat plane crank engine. While that free revving, harmonious piece of art makes me want this car, it also keeps me from committing to it. There have been a fair number of engine failures, excessive oil consumption seems to be somewhat common, and some say torque is lacking down low. When I think daily driver, this makes me lean toward a 2018 Mustang GT. As much fun as the GT350 would be, I just wonder if driving around town and up on ramps would be more enjoyable in a regular old GT. Short of tracking, the GT350 just feels like it would be bottled up most of the time daily driving it - not as much shifting, not really getting in the powerband, etc. But then the emotional, driving enthusiast side of me speaks and tells me to shut the hell up and get the best Mustang ever made.

American muscle has some bolts for the splitters that allow some scrape without actually scraping the splitter or the factory bolt heads off. Worth a look. Seems like a product you would love to have.

After having the 3M clearbra on my 2015 focus for a little over 2 years and 50k miles, I'd recommend extending it as much as you can on the hood. It works great on where its applied, but beyond that there are couple little chips (on the hood) where its not covered. It be worth it on the leading edge of the roof, also. (Got a one or two chips) Just my two cents. Great looking car! I like black, but the lightning blue is awesome. Hopefully I can swing one of these for a retirement (soon) gift to me. 😎

Something about Mustangs always draws me to them is the potential of the Coyote and Voodoo engines or the Modular engines as a whole over the LS engines in the Corvette. But where i live right now, the price of the Ecoboost 2.3L Mustang is easily more than three times the price for what you paid for your GT350 The GT 5.0L is priced close to 270 grand Will you be keeping the car stock or you will upgrade the performance of the car with a supercharger?

Keep the stripes and do Paint Protection Film on the entire car like Shmee150 does. Don't cheap out on protecting your entire cars finish as I can tell that any chip or deep scratch is gonna ruin more then just your day.

When you finally get around to supercharging this one leave the pilot super sports on and not a street legal drag radial. You live in Florida it rains their hydroplaning is a problem. I already know you're not going to do anything interesting with the car based on your attitude about factory perfection. Just put it in storage in a bubble cover already.

Don't do partial panel bras. They are noticeable and ruin the look of the car with their edge lines. If you do full panels they are unnoticeable. Please do the full hood.
