I love that you use vinegar or lemon water to clean the produce. I'm like you, even if it says it's been triple washed, I wash it again, so important and especially if you can't afford all organic produce you need to wash off the dirt and any pesticides. You appear tireless in your prep, your family is very lucky to have you.

That Greek Salad and Dressing sounds amazing! A quick tip for de-seeding those Roma tomatoes: Cut the tomato in half and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. It will leave you with the outer thickness of the tomato which can be easily chopped and won't give off so much liquid. Thanks for another great video Jen!

I ended up ordering some of those snack boxes from amazon right before Christmas. We LOVE them! I like just finding random stuff in the fridge that needs to get used up and putting in there.....trail mix, different cheeses, etc. It really seems to help with less food waste in our house if it's all in that little cute box!

I just recently discovered your channel and have been binge watching all your old videos. Love your methods! I have that OXO salad spinner but rarely used it and when I did, it was usually just for prepping lettuce. I like to add veggies to my meatloaf but I have to chop them fine and sauté them first. I usually do onion, celery and maybe some red pepper. I would also add a little carrot when my boys were young because they were no where near the good veggie eaters that yours are so I would hide them in everything I could. They always thought the carrots were cheese. LOL This worked until my youngest started hating cheese. Oh well. The veggies do make it extra moist and yummy but for my taste they have to be sautéed and cooled. Great video. Have a great weekend. It’s actually cold here in N Florida tonight, the med 30’s. Brrrr, had to trade in the flip flops for closed toe shoes. Haha Btw, I loved your Nike leggings you had on in a video, found some online and they came today ( just in time for the cold snap) Super comfy! My new favorite thing! Thanks:)

I love your videos! It's some of the better, real life meal prep videos I've seen! I'm new to your channel and was wondering about some of your portion sizes. Like the salmon for example. Sorry. Just curious. I cook for 5-6 people so that's probably why it looks so small to me, lol.

I love baking bacon! It's so much easier than frying in the fry pan. Hey if you grate the onion into the meatloaf they melt into the meatloaf as it bakes so no texture. The only drawback is you cry a little bit more. Great video as always.😀PS I wash my own produce too, no machine will do as good a job as I will. PPS stay away from pre-sliced mushrooms they're full of dirt.
