omg Jen! Don't put grease down your drain!!!! Hot water with it doesn't do anything.........when it solidifies it will block your pipes and can back everything up. Just put it in a container until it solidifies and then throw it away......learn from my mistakes lol

Okay honestly, this girl knows what she’s doing with all this food and prep! It’s hard work, especially after working a full day of work AND children’s after school activities. I’m not a mom but I grew up with a badass mom like her and it has made me such an incredible person because of it. Jen, I love watching your videos. I found your channel a few months ago and have been watching you faithfully ever since. First I just want to say you are a badasssssss lol seriously. Just the way you work in the kitchen and all your good little ideas you have is insane! You seem like such a wonderful mother, wife and person in general. I love watching your channel because you are so real (and your tips are amazing! I’m all about the prep life and I’m constantly writing down and noting tips you have) even when you made that video addressing your views on organic food, you’re so respectful and honest. I appreciate that so much. You seem like a cool person and anyone in your life is lucky to have you. Keep inspiring all of us with these amazing videos and your dedicated lifestyle. I definitely look up to you!

Egg bites look perfect. I make a copy cat of these but I have a small bread loaf pan I halfway fill with water and just put on the rack below to create a moist environment. NOT a water bath just a small pan of water hanging out with the muffin tin. They turned out so much better than without the pan. Give it a try. I learned it from FLAV CITY

Jen you can buy the egg bite trays on Amazon. Or they have a large selection of accessory kits for 6 and 8 qt. Instant Pot. I have a kit and I love it. It comes with a steamer basket, an egg bite tray, an egg rack a 7 inch springform pan, a plate gripper, a pair of tongs, and a pair of mits. Great value for under $35.

I use crppes to make dinners. We call them canelones, and i make the batter myself, with 4 eggs, a cup of flour, salt and then adding enough water or milk so that it reaches a soft cream sort of texture. I fikk them like i've seen americans do with enchiladas. With corn and a bechamel, or with onion mushrooms and cream cheese, even with meat and a tomato sauce. They are super freezable and i think lighter and softer than enchiladas. I bake them as they are and then add a sauce and parmesan cheese on top.
