Here is a question: if someone doesn't monatize and sell every part or their life, do they even exist.

I remember Jessie Lee promoting "biohacking" and claiming it's why she was losing weight last year but somehow that "biohacking" didn't catch her stage 4 cancer....

Why does everything need to turn into some "I'm teaching you the secret" moment with this type of online person? I lift and go to the gym almost every day, but I'm not trying to pretend like I can teach other people about my "health journey" I just do it because it makes me happy and feel better. Also I still eat Mac n cheese and whatever even though most people would consider me extremely fit. Of course you're still yourself. It's like she has a weird insecurity about what people might say about her new grift

How many times has Jenna Kutcher pivoted her content and sold it to her audience? And what do we think will come next after she's done selling her weightloss era content? Edit: spelling

When anyone has more than three "non-negotiables" for a day (maybe five at the very most), I begin to think they have too much time on their hands.

If someone’s “health journey” consists of becoming slimmer with better muscle tone, that’s nice but why it would be “fascinating to watch” is beyond my imagination.

I am so grateful for two things: 1) My mother taught me such powerful critical thinking skills that there are whole supermarket aisles I never go down and: 2) I was born and lived the majority of my life before this current contagion and we could still joke about 1984.
@rlsn30

Which two aisles are those? So curious now lol :)

@@rlsn30 Chuckle - the sweets, chips and snacks aisle, the "Health Food" aisle, the breakfast cereal aisle, the vitamins and personal care aisle (except shampoo, conditioner and deodorant), frozen deserts. I buy tea but completely ignore everything else including the other side of that aisle, which is biscuits. I may venture down other aisles, but I know exactly where one off items are - like multigrain rice crackers in the biscuit aisle. I just refuse to be side-tracked by marketing ploys, but I still allow the occasional treat or new product sample. It makes shopping much quicker and cheaper, as I am disabled.

The bad thing is some of this things are actually backed up by science but like anything, you need a doc to assess which treatment works best for your personal situation. And this kind of biohackung market only makes this technology more expensive and harder to differentiate scams from the real deal.

I listen to her podcasts off and on the last year. I’ve been into “natural heath” since around 2011 so none of this is new to me, but I will say I’m not really on the bio hacking train as it seems the people who are super into it seem to be avoiding the fact that we all get old and die eventually. Not saying Jenna is like that, but others are. Also this is my first video of yours I’ve watched, can’t wait to dive into the others!

Just learned this today that if they post" "Comment: _____ Below, and I will DM you the link" that means they earn commission and it's an affiliate link... aka MLM. and also it's supposed to increase engagement for the algorithm

I think also her and her husband were struggling with infertility, so some of the weight came from hormones . But yes she used to subtly mock her husband for the 6 pack and the bone broth, and now she is doing the same.

Well biohacking I don't think is that loose of a term. For example when you fast regularly you HGH hormone is elevated which in turn increases you ability to build muscle which makes it a hack. Putting on muscle mass (particularly heavy weights) is the only way to increase your resting metabolic rate so that is also a hack. Especially when people keep trying to drink teas that will "increase your metabolism" and there's so much nonsense out there about eating things that make you "burn fat" but fasting and heavy weights are both actual bio hacks. I think of it almost like passive income, things that yield passive results and your body continues to work for itself as a secondary effect.

She actually looked sooo much better BEFORE the weight-loss. Unless she was 10-15yrs younger when she preferred her mac and cheese margarita diet. She just looked healthier before in MY opinion.....of which I AM allowed to have. (FYI: IF you feel the need to reply &/or send me a message PLEASE make peace with the fact that I do not read or even see them. I just do not care to do the whole back & forth debate thing since I prefer to just watch more videos than spending time reading & responding to past comments that I've left).✌💕

So this IS what you do. I just watched a video of yours where the envy you felt for Bethenny is palpable, and then I decided to see what other videos you've put out. You try too hard to ride others coattails for views. You don't have to reivent the wheel, you just have to do it better, or with a fresh spin. That's what you don't get. Read the room.
I tried Jenna Kutcher's Instagram course so you don't have to
