Today was so tough in the beginning because my legs are very stiff from the other workouts 🎉but it’s done now and I can see huge jump in strength in my upper body from these 9 days 🎉looking forward to tomorrow ❤thank you

I have a very sedentary desk job, 63, bad back and developed sciatica down my right hip/thigh. This is helping tremendously! Just still have awful back pain if standing for prolonged period of time.

Yes and it’s low impact but we are still using all our muscles- I squeeze a soft Pilates ball between my knees where I can👍💪

I was so cranky yesterday so I did 10 minutes and stopped. Came back to do it all today and feel so good about it! I am also reminded to work on my flexibility because you said to touch my ankles and I got as far as the back of my thighs 😂😂😂 B for effort? Lol

Wow, I was hard and at the same time so good , I just noticed a lower back pain first time during the challenge.. I hope 🤞🏽 goes away for tomorrow maybe is normal ?🤔 anyways thanks Jenna ❤

Hey. Lower back pain is caused by a weakness in your back glutes and hamstrings. Make sure you push through your pelvis and engage your glute muscles. Don’t throw your back into the exercises and strain it. Over time you will get stronger if you’re contracting the right muscles. Take it slow and controlled
