Thanks a lot ❤I wanted to ask you would it be fine to take a day break in the challenge I was wondering about this theory of muscles need time to rest so was thinking maybe Sunday I’ll just do yoga and come back on Monday, or is this a challenge that needs to be done daily . Hey! Yes it’s absolutely ok to take a break. I recommend taking one rest day per week. It’s completely fine to do the challenge 28 days in a row also but just listen to your body, that’s what’s most important. 🩷

@@JennaCollinsFitness Thanks for this clarification, because I had to take yesterday off, my body and mind were very tired from a grueling work week and workouts. Plus, I have had three knee surgeries on my left knee, and not sure if it's related to three workout or not, but it started hurting, so that is another reason why I took a rest day. Glad to be back! 💕

Day 11. Successfully completed. Jenna! Could you tell me why while doing some glute exercises, the centre of my lumbar curve hurts. What can I do to avoid that?

Hey. Usually it’s because you’re putting too much pressure on this are, this happens because of a weakness in your glutes and core. Over time you will build strength and the pain should go away. Work on contracting the glutes and core, really push up through the pelvis

Should never be during an exercise, only in the rest period. I usually always put one ad in my workouts closer to the end during a rest period
