Welcome to day 1 of the 25 day workout challenge. This workout challenge is a combination of strength ^ resistance training, pilates and cardio. We will use a combination of dumbbells and bodyweight throughout this challenge.
Today we are starting with a 20 minute sweaty cardio workout designed to help burn fat and tone your body at the same time.

Getting back into the workouts after a 4 mo hiatus..( low staffing, high season in the orthopedic rehab world). You kicked my ass…it’s a good thing!
