Jenni's command of the English language while speaking / doing a presentation has always amazed me . I worked in the automotive industry for 40 years and spent a great deal of time in Sweden and worked with many nationalities on a daily basis and also wrote technical instructions . I know she went to school in Scotland , but living and working in Germany her command of English is quite good. Allot of people can do conversational English , but she is also quite good with technical descriptions. I subscribe to her channel as well.

Jenni has nothing to be ashamed of as far as her voice or anything else. I’ve been following her since she started, and being an American, I find her German accent pleasing. I also enjoy watching an intelligent young woman who really seems to enjoy making watch videos. At least she doesn’t have my South Texas accent. It so would be good in a western movie, but not a watch video. lol I guess that’s why I enjoy Watchfinder videos also, the English accents. Now a pew pew video, I’ll take a Texas accent anytime. It’s all about the subject matter.

The embarrassment about English speakers and watch brand names was one reason why Hans Wilsdorf came up with "Rolex" as a name. He started the company in London and it was very much an English/British empire brand and he wanted a name easy to pronounce and memorable in that market. He also registered names like Unicorn, Marconi, Rolco and a couple of others. Tudor a word that would have very strong recognition for British people was the only one that stuck. The others were only around for a few years as they hit sales on the top end Rolex. Sometimes these examples are sold as "Rolex", some even print that on the dial, but...

I'm in love with Jenni for many reasons. The way she joined his husband's passion N and somewhat made herself, performing so well, with so much freshness but keeping depth; the fact that is always refreshing to have a feminine figure demonstrating that being interested in watches is something for men and women, and the fact that she somehow irradiates such much happiness and makes you enjoy watching as much as she seems to enjoy recording. I like watching YT videos about various subjects that interests me, watches is one of those subjects. Andrew, you talk about about that hearing your own voice is weird, I fully agree on that. But let me say this, your voice, your tone of speech, your subtle humor is absolutely great, and that makes me come to your channel over and over again. I ve been watching this channel from the beginning, you never sounded like a shy little boy. (I haven’t seen Jennies videos yet, but i will. For me as a dutch guy, it seems there is a slight south african accent in here voice. Something I really i find very charming)

I agree with Jenni's take on the Omega MoonSwatch launch. I live in Washington DC and the nearest Swatch boutique is in Philadelphia, so I am not driving several hours to find no inventory. I can't buy it online neither although the company committed to making it available. As a result I have lost interest and moved on.
