I wish I lived near her bakery. I saw her years ago on Dr Oz talking about gluten and Celiacs. I have autoimmune issues so I downloaded her free book and tried gluten free for a month. Dammit Jennifer.... it helped. I'm not Celiac, but definitely have an intolerance because my autoimmune issues got better (as well as stomach issues). I will always remember her as my health savior.

Been there with the gluten free bread baking experimentation. Necessity was the driving force. It's a Sisyphean effort most of the time, except a big rock doesn't tumble down on you at the end of the day, a baguette with the consistency and texture of granite does. I am so glad that Jennifer Esposito is doing it now so I don't need to anymore! (Damn, that woman has stamina and a great sense of humor. )

I've watch three interviews by Steven Colbert and find that he's better at monologues than interviewing guests. The one with Louis CK was painful to watch, as is the one with Jason Sudekis. He really need to work on keeping the conversation going and at the same time bring new info out. As audience members we want to know what's happening in these guests lives, their thoughts, etc. Better sound bites???
