I enjoy all your videos. I want to make mugs for each member of my family for Christmas. I will have the design already on the mug and have them put it in the mug press at Christmas time themselves to see what mug they got. My question is how many mugs can be done in one hour's time. Thanks for this video, Jennifer! :-) I'm doubly excited to see the next one, using the markers! I have 2 questions for you about this one. Was the pink sheet that you used here sort of a watercolor/ombre? Because towards the bottom of all of the pink bits, it looked a little bit faded. It looked great, don't get me wrong, but I'd like to know if that was intentional, or a malfunction of the mug press. (Or maybe just my eyes, LOL!) Also, on the bunny side, there was some carrier sheet that extended beyond the bottom of the mug. As far as I could tell, you didn't trim that off - so it's safe to leave that? Just double checking. Thank you again, & I can't wait for the next video!

Thank you for the kind words, Alicia! Yes, it's called "pink lemonade" it's supposed to look that way. It's a sort of watercolory effect -- very pretty. :) As for the little bit of liner extending off the bottom, which I didn't even notice until you pointed it out, I believe that's fine. I haven't had any issue with it. I wouldn't let a huge bunch be there, but a tiny little 1/8th 1/16th inch shouldn't cause any issues. :)

If you layer it it is best to heat it together, You can use the Infusible Ink pen/markers on top of a solid color as long as it is a light color and the pens are darker.

I haven't tried any yet, but would think that if you used sublimation tumblers, and if the tumblers were of a size that would fit into the Mug Press circumference and had straight sides, you could! Of course, you'd only be able to decorate the bottom portion of the tumbler, not the entire tumbler if it were a tall one! 😉🥰

Hi Jennifer! Long time follower. I've exhausted a bunch of options and am hoping you may be able to help me. I accidentally damaged my Cricut Maker Pen Adapter and it no longer works for holding pens in my machine. I just purchased the Mug Press (after watching your live) and a bunch of Infusible Ink Pens and am very sad to know that I may not be able to use them. I have contacted Cricut through various methods and they haven't been able to provide an option for replacing it. Are you able to let me know if there's anything you can do to help please? I would be forever grateful. Of course I am willing to pay for the part but have been unable to locate it anywhere. I am located in Canada and supplies are limited here.

My infusible ink sheets also peel funny - it only peels the top layer and I'm left with white under the infusible ink color instead of the excess peeling off as easy as yours did.

You can wipe it with alcohol as it dries very fast. You do not want to put the Infusible Ink on it when it is wet.
