It doesn't surprise me that you started with the Misti. It's my #1 crafting tool and I like it so much I have 2 of the Original (one set up for red rubber and one for photopolymer with the Waffle Flower grip mat), the Memory Misti for larger jobs, and the Mini Misti for the sentiments on card inserts. Thanks for spending so much time making videos for all of us crafters. None of us can express how much we appreciate you!!

The problem I find with the Tim Holtz mini guillotine is that because it doesn’t have a sold surface on the arm above the blade if I’m trimming a thin piece of card or paper it can slide into the gaps

I bought the waffle flower grip mat for my Misti. Highly recommend! No tape, and no magnets helped make a quick card! Great recommendation Jennifer!

Thank you for your tip on using a rotary trimmer. I 'rescued' one from work years ago and had found it really annoying by jumping out of the cutting line. (Perhaps that was why it was being thrown out). I had come to the point of replacing it. Then I saw your tip. Such a simple suggestion - I tried it and it cuts beautifully. I'm so happy. Love this video. I purchased a new MISTI this year (now have two) and after watching Jennifer set up 2 MISTI's with different sticky mats, I realized that this was a great idea . I was no longer using the older MISTI, but now, as I like to use both clear and rubber stamps in my crafting, having both ready for both clear and rubber stamps is genious! Thanks, Jennifer. (I am only 6 minutes into this video, lol. Back to watching for more ideas!!!)
