Just what I was looking for. I do your 15-minute strengthening from a couple of years ago ALL THE TIME. It means I do something on the days when I don't have a lot of windows for exercise. Many thanks!

Thanks Jenny. Completed 8 chemo session and this is the perfect amount of time for me to feel so much better. I go to cancer PT two times a week so I haven’t done as much as I did before but this is the kind of session I need between their sessions. Thank you. I still get mid roll ads even though I do pay the 9.99 but it’s worth it.

I still love your "Ten best balance exercises" and "Best leg exercises" from 4 years ago💌! Have you posted any more recent Balance videos, or Leg exercise videos?
