Excellent Lecture on selected entities of Skin Adnexal Tumors. Very useful practical tips given during the lecture to diagnose these tumors. The teaching during the entire session is absorbing. Too good. Thanks a lot for preparing and delivering such a wonderful lecture.

Arriving to a place, as a grateful student....it has so chanced I feel much more able to define multiform lesion at molecular toolbar. As I first observed chevron to palisade from your work as lecture within comparison via Univie Linear Fold model template. I humbly thank you for the effort, superb review that I hope will allow me to gain substance as I build dose chemistry. In my recent writing, I have quoted your words and further, my citation as a student to a "giant of medicine.". Personal from my hand, Mark McGary, Washington State Member by available log in, "Royal Society of Medicine".

@13:16 on low power superficially the sebaceous carcinoma looks like it has a circumscribed border, would you say there are areas of minimal/early invasion in this case? I note there is an associated chronic inflammatory infiltrate at the border of this tumor and a bit of irregularity to the edge. Perhaps you could annotate the slide where the border is starting to become invasive?
