That little monologue from Elijah in the woods always brings a smile LOL... I always enjoy how he calls Klaus his 'baby brother' when he means to intimidate someone, like we know full well that Klaus is strong AF but Elijah just goes "You had a whole army against my baby brother and you couldn't take him, tha fuck you think is going to happen when you go against 'big bro'?"

Klaus might be a bit stronger then Elijah but Elijah is way more scary just cuz he stays so calm without raising his voice once, such a good scene!

@@Qtlika Yeah, his way of conducting himself and intimidating is awesome... In my personal taste for characters I like his 'style' of portraying strength and confidence better than other more common 'styles' where the character shows their power by constant displays of violence, always threatening and in general being very loud and outspoken about how powerful they are

And Elijah is the ONLY person Klaus has every let "beat" him in a fight. No one is stronger than him but mentally he's still his big brother so when he needs to be put in his place he almost subconsciously lets him. Think about it. The only person who has been able to get Klaus to listen or do anything is Elijah.

@@filmandtvbuff I agree about how Klaus holds Elijah in a high place of respect and even fear, not necessarily fear of physically getting hurt by him but fear of loosing his brother, his love, his respect, his approval, etc... And that obviously means that almost every time you've seen them fight each other there is the sense that they are holding back, both of them not just Klaus. But I do believe that one of the reasons why we've seen that Elijah does indeed always puts up a challenge for Klaus, and you can see in his face time and time again that Klaus always thinks twice about getting into a fight with Elijah (something we rarely see Klaus do even against someone like Mikael); It's the fact that Elijah IS a better fighter, a more skilled fighter, much more technical. Obvs is not something that has been explicitly stated in the show but I think we have enough evidence that Elijah is able to shrink a little bit of the gap in strength that exist between him and Klaus by being a better fighter, therefor being able to compensate a little bit on the fact that Klaus is stronger now.

You can see that Elijah holds back and Klaus always second guesses fighting him I love how a lot of their relationship is shown not necessarily expressed. Elijah is technically a better fighter while Klaus is physically stronger ontop of the holding back they both do mentally.

"This is a threat" The way he says it so calmly, shivers... Klaus is scary, but Elijah is terrifying with how calm and collected he always appears. Love a good slow burn, Haley and Elijah definitely could have kissed but I like how it's just building the tension even more between them when Elijah just doesn't kiss her. Poor Camille, but damn, I admire her gut for daring to talk to Klaus like that. And she's very clever, leaving notes and recording her time with Klaus. I really like her character and how she develops in the show.
