I visited Jerma's casino once. There was shit on the floor. Literally shit on the floor. I stepped on it in the hallway by the second floor bathrooms. Obviously I complained, but they kept referring me from one person to the next, and I was about ready to just leave and clean my shoes. But then Jerma himself came out and asked me what my problem was. I told him about the shit, and he laughed at me in my face. He told me it was HIS shit and that he doesn't care and was glad I stepped in it. I left and will never return. Good riddance.
