Hey Jesse I forget. How do I round up my bicep so it looks fuller. I think I have to do hammer curls but as my forearm is going up I twist my forearm in towards my chest so that my palm is up. Right? Thank you brother. Thanks for this video guys. Later! 🙂👍
@Justin-pawlak3 ай бұрын
One thing about curls is if you curl wide it will work the inside of the bicep more and if you curl inwardly it will work the out side of the bicep more .

@@Justin-pawlak THAT'S right! I remember now. Thank you! I was doing it the other way around. I remember now I use to sit back in the incline bench and do hammer curls and also twist my wrist and forearms palms up and build up my biceps like that. Hey man nice talking with you bud. You and your brother rock. Yo say hello to your brother for me Justin. I love your show. You guys do a great job. Keep on lifting! 💪🙂👍♥️

The swings are superb for volume resilience love doing them so fun. Anymore I am adding long holds end of day even with foot supported planke just to increase load time. Nice day at the office brothers. Kinda sometimes regret not having done more pulling earlier but chicken thighs marrow and all and simple protocols yield better every day :) already feel upper back more. Letting elbows flare a bit speeds the back more too, pulls shoulders outwards. I like rear delts firing as well, seem to get more stamina that way.

Why should I retract scapula when doing pullups and pushups? I mean I can do them without retracting it. Any health benefits?
@Justin-pawlak2 ай бұрын
I started using and working out my scapula more for climbing. I noticed when I do I can do more pullups and they feel stronger 💪 then normal . Also when I do a one arm pull up it feels impossible unless I really focus on the scalpa first.
