I love les Paul’s, I like slash, I love honey burst, but I don’t care for the 3 piece top thing. I’d rather have a 58 CS plain top on lemon or honey burst. Or even just a standard in honey. But it’s a cool guitar 🎸👍🏼

I bought a Jessica and immediatly upgraded the pickups to the Slash 2.0s, did some fretwork, and changed to the blank truss rod cover, lol. Great minds..

Ha, just finishing your review. It's kind of funny how you describe the appearance and how you don't like it and proceed to describe basic features of LPs! Don't like rosewood, no trap inlays, no chucky necks! Just add no single cut, no humbuckers, . Enjoyed the review though. LPs arent for everyone that is for sure. I personally love them. Peace

Why a 3 pieces top would be a problem ? Where are the studies that show that 2 pieces is better than 3 for the sound of the guitar ? Maybe a study would show 3 pieces is better for the sound a guitar ? I'm fed up to hear those crap. A good guitar player will make any decent guitar sound good. A bad guitar player will make any guitar sound bad no matter how many pieces the top is made of.

But the truth is nobody know cause no scientific experiment on how the sound waves propagates the best inside a guitar body were ever made, or if it was made it's not public. So who knows ? Maybe the glue that glue a two part body give some energy to the sound wave so it accelerates and thus the propagation of the sound is better, who know ?
