I don’t have a way to play dvds anymore and I refuse to go to gyms so KZbin is it for me. I miss your smiling face and sweaty workouts. Please come back. Wonderful..loved it I appreciate how you mention that it's all standing. Sometimes workouts are described as standing but you do need to lie in floor which isn't possible here on my veranda. Thanks so much

This is my 3rd workout from this channel, and I really appreciate the variety of workouts to move my body and the consistency of the quality. I used to be super fit, but have taken a few years away from exercising consistently; this is just what I need to gain confidence (and not hurt myself by doing too much too soon!) and also get a sweat going and feel like I did something. Yes! Peanut is a great motivator for me, she is the reason I subscribed because it is fulfilling to connect to Nature/body movement together....and we have our body only one body to care and return, one day.... back to Mother Earth, where we came from. ALL those we care, do one thing helpful a day to protect our beautiful Nature! ..... sign a petition, plant a tree....or recycle! Thank you

This was my workout for this morning I am slowly getting myself back into a routine I can only use 3lb weights it’s hard to grip my dumbbells because my hand can’t make a full fist anymore after I fractured it in a car accident this was another great total body workout I could feel the burn all the way through and I got my heart rate up I have a long ways to go but I will take it one day at a time thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great day 😀

Whew! This was a super workout!! The pace of the exercises seemed to make it a combo of cardio and strength. I was pooped when I finished (but that's good). Peanut makes it so much more enjoyable. :)

After doing your 35 mins Fat Burning Straight Up Strength Training, what a way to finish upper body workout with this short and effective workout. Love your videos. You are an inspiration. Thank you for this workout. I have not worked out in over a month due to a health issue. With my doctor's approval I started working out again. I did this with 5 lb weights and it sort of kicked my a$$. I hope this is the first of many workouts with you and Peanut.

Thank you so much for making these "floor work free" videos. I would love it if you could make more of these but with a Kettlebell and/or Medicine ball just to mix it up as I love working out with those to add variety to my workouts. I love Peanut. This workout was a great addition to one of your 1 mile walks. I am sweating buckets. I have a mild form of spina bifida that causes me a fair amount of pain in my left hip. I appreciate that your workouts are low impact yet still challenging. It is so frustrating to do a workout that requires me to modify most of the exercises because the jumping doesn't agree with my hip.

Thank you for this. I have never had a problem with motivation but I lost my Mom a little over a month ago and I am struggling with normal life. I make myself workout, mostly walking lately but my heart is not in it. I wasn't going to do anything yesterday but remembered seeing this 15 min video and thought, I can do just 15 minutes. I did and that is all I did but I felt good doing it and I feel the effects today. I am going to try to just make a goal of 15 min. and if I want to continue I will however I am giving myself permission to be ok with 15 min., at least for a little while.

I did this as a sub for the metabolic conditioning workout in the January rotation. I used a little heavier set of weights and it was just perfect! I'm trying to have a no excuses approach to exercising this year. Your variety of workouts definitely helps make it work!
