Thank you so much. I am receiving cancer therapy treatment. I am overweight (no tummy strength)and very stiff, but I feel that doing Pilates with you will get me stronger and more flexible. I am 70 but young at heart. Very grateful for your great teaching.

Thank you Jessica…. I just did your 10 minute workout… I am 66 going on 26 lol Lately I notice my legs are tired, my muscles are sore achy breaky … I usually do 10000 steps a day at work.. I am looking for the perfect workout (10min) to try to take away tired legs … Thank you ☘️

I'm so afraid I'm doing everything wrong: I have anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders, so I'm not even sure I'm doing this right, and I'm shaking while doing some of the exercises, not being able to keep everything still. Does it have sense to continue doing this even though I can't keep everything still? Thank You for all this content. :)

I think that's a great option for those who have access to good instructors and can afford it! For those who don't have those options there are some really good online and virtual resources available :).
