I’ve been using your Pilates videos for about a year and I can’t say enough good things about your teaching and workouts. You explain the techniques and exercises so it’s easy to understand and encourage to be at your level without guilt. And I love that the workouts are 30 minutes or less. I will echo the other commenters: This was just what I needed. I am recovering from the flu, and my body feels like it's been in a boxing match. This stretching routine was just enough to loosen some of the pain and stiffness while not overdoing it.

If you have crook knees, you can do this on your bed! If you can't cross your legs, you can sit on a pillow with them straight. This helped me so much, thank you!

Jessica, I really needed this relaxing full-body stretch so much. My glutes and hamstrings are always not 100% pain-free due to my running. And recently, I feel my breathing somewhat labored or unsatisfactory for some reason. (Could it be caused by menopause or something related to lack of estrogen as I age?) At any rate, I have found this gentle full body stretch so calming and relaxing. Last but not least at all, I love your calming tone of voice so much. Thanks a million as always, Jessica.
