I use my *hotdups* as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interior.

yes!!! the black multicolor is amazing in the lodge so you dont have the bleeding issue! I would love a black pm but prices are a bit high I agree haha

Hey! I just bought a vintage Multi Colour Speedy 30, white, and it's not heavy at all!! I plan to use for travel and it's perfect. I was worried before I bought because I kept reading it's heavy..but I have to say, it's not my experience at all. I'm like you! I use my bags!! I don't just buy them to sit on a shelf! So I put apple guard on it and I'm gonna use the heck out of it! :). If you like it, but it! The Speedy is worth every penny to me, and its weight is not a deterrent at all!! Tara

I got obsess with your Lodge GM and even though I have the PM, I ended up buying one. I am a shoulder bag/crossbody girl and I hardly use the PM but still love it. Also got the Pochette Accessories in black last week. That’s 2 multicolor bags in 2 weeks. Hahaha… so I understand your obsession. I now have 5 Murakamis and I’m very happy. ❤💛💚🩵💜 I still want something from the new releases but since you’ve pointed the vachetta issues, I think I will stick to the MC scarf! Actually I’ve never had too many issues with vachetta and I live in Seattle. I do Apple Garde it plus I make sure my hands are not greasy. I do use twillys too.

Hi Jess. There is just something about the multicolored bags that I just love. They make me so happy to carry them. I have the speedy’s in the white and black, the Alma in the black, the Judy in the white, the Courtney in the black and the Leanor in the white. I think I like the older styles better. I don’t know if it’s because I already have them or if it’s because the price of the new ones coming out are just so expensive. I think they just add such fun to my collection. I totally understand your obsession with this collection. I actually understand your personality because I’m the same. 😂😂😂you do you.

I have a Chanel lambskin square pearl bag and a Chanel handbag but my lambskin square petal bag I have worn 2 times and I am very careful but somehow still has small scratches on the leather and the gold on the clasp. I don’t know what happened but I paid over $3,000 for it a few years ago and I am upset that it already has scratches. No one notices now but I notice the price I paid for it. I’m saving up to buy another *xbagy* bag now that I won’t be paying full price anymore.

Jess, could you not find the forever Multi Color piece you want and get it rehabbed by LV themselves its got to be cheaper than buying a new bag retail. At least your giving the bag a completely new life. All fresh and you can tan the vachetta yourself. Theres a video there as well.

Hi Jess, I just bought the Judy bag in noir in the PM size. She’s in great condition and I absolutely ❤ her. She’s a going out at night kind of bag that can be dressed up or down. She can also be worn during the day just not an everyday bag imho. I highly recommend her. J.

A few months ago I bought the Trouville in black and I love it! I was excited about the new MC color, until I saw the prices. For that reason I've been eyeing the preloved market for a Courtney MM or Speedy 30. I would also love to add a key cles from the vintage line as well.

Jess, just get the multicolor bag from the first launch that you really want! All this worry about it being too heaving, too much vachetta, the gold corners wearing! It’s a bag you like! Use it and wear it and be happy and be done lol simple. You’re going to drive yourself crazy. if you have to do this much contemplating then maybe you should just not buy it. You three are ready now.

I say this is all LV marketing, it has to appear ‘limited, limited’ so people panic and drop $$$$ for fear of missing out. I believe quite a few models will make it to the boutique - imo LV will hammer production of this popular line to claw back their profits which have been falling. 😊

I have five LV bags, all with painted leather trim, because I feel the same as you, Jess, I do not like the aged leather look. On a sofa it is fine. On a handbag, no. I was so hoping they would bring back the multicolor with colorful painted trim. How great would that look? And two of the colors could be white and black, so not as cutesy. Like that one with white trim that you showed. Looks great.

Hi Jess, as I previously said to you I love my white Priscilla bag, which I brought from Vestiaire in 2021. I was lucky it’s in very good condition. I live in the Uk, so I am very careful to only wear it on sunny days! 😊

Hey there Jess I would suggest the noir multicolor if you like the canvas will look beautiful forever my Alma is 25 years and the canvas looks new the colors are vibrant, also did you know that LV offers leather services. I had a vintage small looping that I changed out the handle.

I have the Judy in the color Noir in the PM size, with this size you don’t have the leather on the corners which makes it perfect. I got from Rebag with very little water marks. I’m obsessed with it…it’s the perfect clutch ❤

love the print, however i dont think I can style it. plus I agree with your points. i love the speedy 30 but it's heavy and also the weird yellow coloring it gets and the vachetta. Q- I really like the Audra bag, any resellers you are willing to share so I can maybe take a look if they have it.

I recently bought a denim baggy PM pre loved for $900 AUD. The denim is faded and the patina is a honey colour already but in a slouchy denim style I think it looks quite cool when its clearly worn. I'm not sure why but a darker patina on the white multicolour bags bothers me. I wish it didn't because I have always wanted one!

I agree with u. The "dirty" look of the vachetta is why I sold a lot of LV. It's a great seller's market for sellling MC. I sold a used MC speedy & Mini HL for 4x what I paid. I kept all my black MC as they aged better. The Marilyn is pretty but the handle is too hard for the shoulder. Speedy is too heavy as you said. My vote is for the Audra or Priscilla 👏

If it were me, I'd sell all the Multi-colors you recently purchased and buy 1 NEW from the 2025 Murakami Collection. I watched your unboxings of the pre-loved and they all look old and unkept. Are you able to clean them all up? You do seem content, but I'd rather have decently newer to new. All 3 should pay for 1 New bag, maybe?

I have always wanted one, but new because they are already very worn out or dirty and I don't like them.
