Hey young bucks you need to listen to these men. No one is going to give you their secrets to success but these guys did. Information like this is worth what these guys bench in gold. Study it and don't let some social media influencer tell you different. Not unless the influencer is labeled the strongest man in the world. Jesus wears this title. Much respect

Exactly ^ learn from ur elders. Yes there's hella gymshark typa ppl dealsifting 600 outta nowhere, but these dudes been progessing for a long time and dont burn out. Also, if u been lifting less than 5 years yo ass needa be doin more 10's

Mark I preferred the format where you try out the cues they suggest when guests are at super training

I wish we had a good bench for benching at our gym, ours is about 4 inches lower than a competition bench and that will throw you off a lot. Plus I'm like you I am fairly wide and our bench is not as wide as it should be. I remember in USPF meets you couldn't sink the bar too much and not use your belly to rebound the bar, double bounce like some people say.

Bruh 2 weeks out for a comp and this video popped up right qhen I needed it to get a comfier bench lol sinking the bar into my chest feels sooo much better than trying to hold it up while in ark ( when i have low lower back mobility and my ark kinda sucks)

I forgot to add that when your training try to use the 100lb plates because while the weight is the same when added up the 100's don't go out as far as loading it up with 45's. Some gyms don't have 100lb plates.

Is sinking not the same as heaving? And isn’t heaving something you’d get red lighted for?

I love how they feel high and mighty because they dont arch while also having less ROM then 99% of the normal arch lifters and adding a 100lb trampoline
