Important note - Setting failsafes does not affect Exbus data, so the normal method of setting failsafe will not bring the throttle to OFF. You must use the Mezon Pro's settings to set it to switch off the throttle on loss of signal. As always, test the failsafe on the bench before attempting to fly.

Harry doesn't the Mezon Pro provide battery current and voltage data? Shouldn't that allow you to eliminate the MUI from this setup? Thanks! Really appreciate your videos. I have learned more in a week or so from your video's than I learn in the last two years from Jeti information and the tech at the business I buy my Jeti items from. I especially appreciate that you explain the reasons that you are doing or not doing things which is very helpful in really learning how the system works!

Yes it does, there is no MUI in this setup. I was referring to using a MUI before getting a mezon

Can Jeti ESCs be programmed for reverse thrust, which ones and is there a safe way to do it? I hear bad things on the forums but love the idea for braking on the ground after landing. I can't find anything about this for Jeti devices. Thanks for the great video!!

Hi Harry, I’m new to jeti and I would like to know if you have a video on what all the ext/ ex1 and binding plugs do. Like if I’m running one r3 and a rex7 on a box 220. I get confused where things get plugged.

Will I able to connect two independent ESCs, same specs, via a Y lead to a single motor? Will I be able to switch between the ESCs via separate channels on the radio? Can one of them be programmed in reverse? Trying to find a way to make reverse thrust work on Jeti for electric models, EDF foamies.

No. You need an esc that can do reverse.

Hi Harry I have DS14 transmiter, REX 7 receiver and Spin 66 Pro regler. Is some way to recive telemetry data from model about tension Volts on battery in model and current Amps when engine is running?

Only by adding jetibox emulator to displayed telemetry. Spin Pro uses an old telemetry protocol, the transmitter can not see it sensors and logging, and the data is not available in the menus like alarms, etc

@@MaciejRM look in the Applications menu, there is Jetibox. It emulates the hardware Jetibox. In Displayed telemetry, you can add Jetibox. But each time you switch on the Tx you will need to navigate the Jetibox to the relevant device. It is a total pain in the arse and not worth it. Fit a Jeti MUI sensor between battery and ESC, and get proper telemetry. Or spend a lot of money on a Mezon or Mezon Pro

@@cotswoldpilot thanks. Im new in jeti. Years ago I flew in F3J, I was used Multiplex 35 MHz. Now I have new model F5J. But I have problem with powertrain. I want to check what is Voltage and Amps when engine is running. When I solve problem ESC telemetry will be no more needed

The standard Mezon has Ex telemetry, so you get data like you do with other Ex sensors such as MUI. Settings of a standard Mezon are done in the Jetibox emulator in the transmitter
