12:25 Donkey meat is a real delicacy! In China there is a saying, "天上龙肉,地下驴肉“,which means ”Dragon meat in Heaven, Donkey meat on Earth." Although I've never come to fully appreciate the uniqueness of donkey meat(it just tastes like every other meat), many well off middle aged Chinese(including my parents and their friends) are very keen on frequenting restaurants that offer cuisines that incorporated donkey meat. You guys missed out on a really special opportunity right there~! Just for reference "Being a dietary meat characterized by low fat and cholesterol content, donkey meat can be considered an excellent alternative to red meat" shows why donkey meat is special from modern nutritional aspect.
