Jett has that range and that will earn him minutes, everything else is a plus, he has that range, and that is why he was drafted over hawkins and dick. He still has upside in other skills. He is perfect for what the Magic are trying to build and the personnel that they have

@@DeeJay_VII I disagree, Jett has good upside. He is an athletic 6'8 Player. His defense looked so poor in Michigan because he was playing on and off with an injury. I doubt he will ever be elite... But being above average isnt out of the question.

That would be my dream lineup for the magic : Markelle Jett Franz Paolo Wendell Having 3 wings over 6’8 with the ability to create their own shots and get hot at anytime alongside Fultz and Wendell would be a nightmare for teams in the future

I think Jett Howard can be a very good NBA player if he works on being more explosive and dedicates himself to be good on the defensive side of the ball. I see a Khris Middleton type player.

He actually was a lil more explosive than I thought watching him in summer league .. watching the stop to start speed with him is insane for his height

I really like Jett and I'm excited to see him in real games. But I think every single Magic fan would be shocked if he's the day one starting 2 guard. Cole or Suggs both have more experience and right to that spot if anybody other than Gary Harris gets it.

Me personally not really because Jett is going to have a lot of gravity on the court with his shooting ability plus he’s 6’8 so Mosley and Weltman already like the size he already is for a sg/sf

I agree. He will have plenty of minutes to get up shots and prove he deserves starter minutes. If Suggs isn’t moved he deserves a look at that spot now that he’s healthy. Excited for the rook no doubt.
