🌶 During lockdown, I keep myself healthy by cooking nutrient-dense SUPERFOOD. Before & after vaccination, I was told to eat 'non-heaty' food and was forbidden to eat a certain fruit. Here's a piece of my lockdown life.

Malaysia has been under lockdown for almost 3 months. This is our third lockdown! I'm trying to keep physically and mentally healthy; I find that cooking colourful and nutritious food, and then plating it makes me incredibly happy.
