I love both but nowadays the fish slices in the 'yee sang' is not what day are in the old day! I preferred 'tong san' which is a bit crunchy rather than 'salmon' which is soft...! Sara. Regards.

Good morning from Texas Sara , That was a great video and all of the food looks very delicious and I also enjoy learning about the culture there but the food is awesome. Keep up the good work and stay safe and I am looking forward to your next tasty video.

Hello from Malaysia! Heard a lot about Texas. Mainly 'don't mess with Texas' and 'Bush'. Thank you! I've made a virtual tour at Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown. I think you'll like it kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqvGpZ-le7SqbqM

Its amazing what you're doing for the frontline healthcare workers. As a healthcare worker myself, I'm sure they will appreciate your nice gesture. It may not seem like much to many people, but for me, not having to worry about preparing meals for work is a big relief. Keep up the good work!

Hello! Where are you from and how is the situation there? Do stay safe. Healthcare workers are exposed to the virus daily. It's so sad to see my friends unable to go home to their family. The cooking was during the first lockdown when the whole world started to realise the severity of this virus. We're stuck at home, feeling helpless, until an old friend who works at a hospital requested for lunch when we asked what normal people like us can do for them. @@sara_khong We had a short discussion on instagram about the covid situation in Malaysia recently. I live in Sydney. The covid situation is not as bad here but I have not been able to see family and friends in Penang since covid. Even if borders open, i probably wont go back until vaccine is out.. As i work in the hospital, i try to limit my interactions with people to reduce risk of spreading covid. As for your cucumber comment... i remember the rubbing thing being taught in Kemahiran Hidup class in school. I do it... but maybe u should try an experiment... 1 cucumber with rubbing the top and 1 without. See if your family can tell the difference. Sorry its the scientific curiosity in me.
