I hope you understand that my feelings are honest, despite the sponsorship. JFWF selected the 200 restaurants, but told us to just "make a video" in whatever style you want. We selected the 17 places that looked best to us. We had to drive a KIA. And they asked us to drink Halasan soju IF we wanted (but we order Hallasan Soju when we travel to Jeju anyway.) So, yeah! No problem. We got to experience some amazing food that represents our channel well. In other words, even though it is sponsored, we were not told to say and do anything that I wouldn't normally do for our channel. This was important for me when I agreed to do the project. Courtney랑 같이 음식을 즐기는걸 보니 정말 행복하고 즐거워 보이네요. Courtney의 음식평(가)도 아주 뛰어나구요. 청국장의 큼큼한 냄새를 극복하고 최애음식이 되었다니 한국음식에 완전 적응하신것 같네요. 다음편엔 제주갈치 조림과 전복요리가 보이네요. 무척 기대됩니다. 사실 저는 고기보단 생선을 더 좋아하는데 갈치조림을 가장 좋아합니다. 제가 어릴때에도 (4~50년전)갈치는 아주 싼 생선은 아니었는데 요즘은 국내산 갈치는 정말 비싼 생선이 됐어요. 제주 은갈치 조림은 가히 최고 음식입니다.

This is true. But sometimes, when it is so busy, the service can fall. However, here, it was really great service. Not just because of our camera. Every table seemed to be handled so well. For example, due to COVID 19, the self bar was closed. However, several staff would carry around small bowls of banchan, and make sure tables would have refills if needed. I was impressed with this.

와~ 오늘 음식 최고입니다! 고기 국수에 나오는 삶은 돼지고기를 보니 어릴 적 시골 잔치집에서 어른들이 직접 잡아서 요리한 돼지고기가 생각났어요. 비계와 껍데기가 붙어있고 가끔 굵은 돼지털이 남있기도 했지만 진정한 돼지고기 맛이었죠. 지금도 제가 찾아헤매는 맛이기도 해요. 왠지 그 맛과 비슷할 것 같아요. 그리고 청국장 정말 맛있어 보입니다. 저는 묵은지와 무를 넣은 청국장을 집에서 만들지만 단호박 넣으면 또 별미일 것 같아요. 그 맛을 상상할 수 있어요. 마지막 구운 돼지고기의 그 비계맛도 상상해 보았어요. 풍미가 가득한 고소한 기름맛! 오스틴 씨처럼 노래와 박수가 저절로 나오는 맛이겠지요. '흑돼지 안먹으면 제주에서의 밤이 아니다' 고 하신 코트니 씨의 말씀에 격렬하게 공감합니다!

The narration of this video was excellent! I really enjoyed this one. I’m curious, was that Jamae in Shin jeju? I heard it moved to a bigger location. Idk if that’s it or the second location. The original spot is a hole in the wall place. Also It’s hard to call it a cheese flavor because as you know there are so many kinds of cheese. They gave us a list of about 200 places, and we could choose which ones would be good for our channel. They contacted the restaurants and told them when we would arrive. We ate during break times or when the restaurants were not busy. They also provided a KIA car. But we did everything else ourselves. Thank you!

어이쿠야 낙지볶음 보니까 군침이 저절로 흘려지네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 입맛없을때 매콤한 낙지볶음에 밥한그릇 먹으면 최고로 행복하죠 땀좀 흘려주면서요

제주 음식은 보통 한식과 같으면서도 뮌가 다른 느낌입니다 삼겹살에 쌈장이 있으면서 자리돔젓을 쌈장으로도 곁들이고요 아무튼 지역색이 달라서 또 가보고 싶어요
