Excellent quality videos. Mawangdui Daoyin shu is a great exercise for everyone. I feel great all day when I do it and feel like I'm missing out on the days I can't practice. I love Qigong, I will be doing this exercise when I'm in my 90s (God willing).

This is awesome! Authentic Qigong from the top scholars from China. Only thing that would make it better is English sub titles. Thanks for sharing this ancient health exercise. Chinese culture is as generous as it is amazing!
