Zoe, how do you know when you are ready to move on a heavier weight? I have been always afraid to try heavier weights than usual to avoid spine damage or "over-exercise" muscle or anything like that. I acknowledge the fact that we can't lift the same weights if we want to get stronger, but I am a bit scared not to harm myself as a lady. Thank you! :)
