I find immense joy in watching your videos, and they have become a source of inspiration for me. Your content has been a consistent companion, providing both entertainment and valuable insights. However, I've noticed that I've been spending long hours immersed in your content, and it has led to some mental fatigue.
Enjoyed watching this. Loved how you described things such as cognitive behaviour therapy and to not worry about what people think of you when learning a new language (hope I got the gist of the conversation right). I speak mandarin to my parents at home but when it comes to these topics such as philosophy or life, or what I’m learning as a psychology students - I jump straight to English as I sound funny trying to articulate it in Chinese😂😂😂. Then dad can’t understand as his English skills are basic but my mum can fully understand. I’m thinking of self teaching myself Mandarin (written and expanding vocab). When I listen to you often I can understand 90% of what you’re saying but when I try to speak Chinese - I use twice the amount of words to describe it 😂 or struggle to. Keep it up Zoe!! ❤❤ From an ABC (Australian born Chinese)
