@@LifeandStretching Works like magic (feel better) after 1 day of stretching. Thanks for providing your tube for everyone. My orthopedic doctor suggested surgery on my shoulder a year ago that I postponed as it got better. I reinjured it during raking and bagging of falling leaves almost 2 months ago. Now I would like to wait and see if it heals and recovers.

Hi..dear Thanks for sharing.. But I difficult lift up my hand too..but my pain is not at back portion, it's more to front..can do this exercise?

yes. The rotator cuff stretching exercise works for shoulder impingement. You can try these exercises and see which one works for you. Step by step. Don't rush.
