🍚食材：里脊肉250g，1颗番茄，1颗洋葱，1条黄瓜
腌制肉：少许盐，少许糖，1颗蛋，少许黑胡椒粉，1勺绍兴酒，玉米淀粉
料汁做法：3勺番茄酱，少许糖，少许盐，少许清水
1️⃣肉切块，1 少许盐，少许糖，1颗蛋，少许黑胡椒粉，1勺绍兴酒抓均匀，裹上玉米淀粉
2️⃣锅中热油，下入肉块炸至金黄色捞出备用
3️⃣热油，加洋葱炒一会，再把番茄跟黄瓜一起下锅翻炒，倒入调好的料汁加入里脊肉煮至浓稠就可以开吃啦❤️
