The Wrestling Observer awards lost all meaning to me when Dave Meltzer denied my vote for Dutch Mantell for Booker of the Year (for booking the TNA women's division) because, according to Unca Dave, there was no evidence that he was booking the division. Except it was common knowledge at the time and to this day Mantell talks about booking the TNA women's division. I wonder how many of these current awards have been manipulated by Meltzer in a similar fashion.
