@09hicktown sorry, I forgot going to the internet to defend your precious wwe 20 hrs a day doesn't make you a mark, but pointing out obvious bias and false claims makes you a mark

16:56 I wonder if he's talking about Senatobia, MS. My friend was just in Como and saw a blacked out truck just gunning down the highway with a Chucky doll affixed to the grill.

Dave "I'm TOO sexy for my podcast" Meltzer is so determined to defend his creation that is AEW that he's likely concussed himself so many times.
@BWalker93134 ай бұрын
Booking aside. AEW has 2 massive problems with dynamite. 1. “Stars” that people like will show up on the show, and then disappear for weeks on end and you have no idea when they’re coming back, so even if you like that person or their story, that person probably won’t be on the show, or they’re on rampage or collision and those shows suck, so why watch? 2. Their main events don’t have STARS in them. They format the shows where their biggest names are in these weird spots throughout the show, and they never build up a story or a problem throughout the show to keep people tuned in, and then all the sudden Jungle Boy is in the main event, so why stay and watch? If MJF is your biggest ratings draw. Why is he in 1 fucking segment? You need him throughout the show, and you NEED him in the main event. Plain and simple. Showcase your stars and don’t let people forget about them, and make sure they’re in the biggest spots of your show

AEW is the one who needs Mayim Bialik's help. She's in the show that gives them their opening bump. She's over.

Usually for things I DVR, I add a 2 minute pad at the end. For all AEW shows, I had to move it to 15 minutes!

Jim has me confused... I thought the point of the overrun was to make it seem like a sport... "We don't know when this will end..." kinda thing. So it's stupid to do an overrun every week. I'd like to see a show under-run and have to listen to five minutes of commentary about how quick the match was.

I think Dave was about a few seconds away from asking what is that over there, then sneaking off when looking away. 😉😂🤣 Damn, it felt like he was running through about as much excuses as he could for that drop off.

Dvr/pvr here in canada wouldmallow you to set a recording to last as lonf as they show being aired ran. You could choose a time limit or set to record automatic to match show. Was this way to be able to record games for hockey or baseball which sometimes went longer or shorter depending in play but also worked for wrestling.

The fact that even Dave's lackey Bryan Alvarez can see what is going on, and will on occasion point it out, but Dave can't do it is just astounding. He digs in his heels at every turn. Dies on the hill for AEW regardless of what that hill is. If there is an AEW hill, you can but your bottom dollar that Uncle Dave will strap on his suit of armor, draw his sword and fight to the death on it for the honor of All Friends Wrestling. He seems to be phyically incapable of offering anything but the most limp wristed criticism at best, and even that he makes sure to sandwich between two compliments. Even objective facts like that the overruns are now hurting AEW's numbers, he will just shout "Nuh uh!" And his logic is "No, I "studied this", so when I say nuh uh, just agree with me because I'm very very smart." It's just absurd. He either really is just *that* obsessed and is emotionally incapable of letting it go, or he has to be on the take. It's the only two possibilities, and either way, he has no credibility or any right to call himself a journalist anymore. He's completely partial and has lost his ever loving mind.
