I'm of the Liefeldian school of thought where not only do you want to draw every individual tooth, you also want to add about 30 extra teeth for good measure

Well, there's another exception to the rule given in 6:50. If both characters are flying towards you (the camera), you can actually see the front of both like it's shown in the drawing (even if you aren't far away) because their bodies would be vanishing to different points due to the reason that they would be flying in different directions (actually convergent directions, where you are the point in which they converge). When characters are flying in the same direction (parallel flying lines), one point perspective as explained is right.

well I don't feel I have seen a legend like him. The way he teaches is just phenomenal and so easy to understand. such mastery is seen amongst very less people. And I guess that's why there are so many fans of his work. Such an amazing guy he is. Really one of the best of all time.

My first memory of Lee’s work- bringing home a copy of Batman and showing it to my dad. He stares at the cover for a second and says “what’s wrong with Batman? What are all those lumps around his torso?” Lee had no concept of what abdominal muscles looked like. Just a dozen lumpy bulges on Batman’s torso.
