That tone. Possibly the greatest guitar tone of all time. Jimi really was a genius. I think more than any other musical artist of the past 60 years the world was robbed of so much when he died. It makes me cry every time I think of what could’ve been. Eternal GOAT. Fantastic cover.

That lick at :42 , I have watched 20 of these, he is the only one that got it right. So many guitar players think emulating Jimi, is playing like Jimi. A bad actor does an impression of someone else in a role, an actor plays that person. Don't play like Jimi, play Jimi.

That is truly the magic of the univibe pedal used....his DryBell Vibe Machine. My surprise is the tone he got as I would've bet he was using the Retrovibe by Jam Pedals or the Vintage Vibe MkII by Formula B. I always felt that the DryBell unit didn't have enough of that deep and dynamic "throb". The OCD pedal definitely added to the magic of his tone. Very cool.@@doubled5383
