@@The666Miraculix G'Day from rural South Oz...I am 60 in a few weeks and my older sister put me onto Jimi in the very early 70's...we had stickers or decals in black or bright alluminus colours on our pushbikes...Electric Ladyland ...Band of Gypsy's or Crash Landings Captain Coconut are all brilliant...and I had around 17 vinys of Jimi and i know he only did a few post but ..."so if 6 turned out to be 9...I dont mind"...still listening today

Band of Gypsys new years shows are prob my favorite of the time period, a lot of it because I like how Buddy Miles kept solid and funky time so he didn’t have to worry about it and could just lock in or do whatever he wanted and they’d still be there, right in the pocket, when he came back

I don't think James Jamerson played with Jimi or at least they never recorded together. What amazes us all are the sounds and melodies Jimi produces on his instrument. Jimi has excellent timing and when everything is in sync the music sounds so pure. The remastered versions sounds kind of remastered.
