This was a beautiful interview. Kimmel is obviously left, and Spicer is obviously right, but they're able to have a civil discussion. Can we please, as a country, try to understand that neither side is deliberately trying to ruin the world. No one is trying to destroy the country. Everyone wants the US to prosper. We won't agree on everything, but let's try to meet in the middle and stop hating each other.

(his wife is a freaking gem. she's lovely and charming ... and she was egging me on.) and then Jan 20 2017 happened to him ...

I think it's important to understand where people are coming from and remember their humanity... but at the same time, we can't allow ourselves to let malignant behavior go unchecked simply because people are human. He has actively lied for the presidency and we can't just forget that. On top of that, he is still peddling Trump's decency like it's job to be his hype man, while pitting the blame on the media. The man might be a patsy, a stooge, a weak link... he might be a pitiful man who cries himself to sleep at night. But his actions are dangerous and his actions must be condemned.
