i used to listen to green day in the 90s, and it had been close to 20 years since i listened to them but a couple weeks ago I listened to their album Dookie, and it brought back memories but also I was kind of blown away at how good the melodies are, and every song is different. it gave me a new respect for how good of a musician Billy joe armstrong is even if its just punk rock
