Jim Gaffigan is one of my all time favorite Comedians. He can take anything and twist it into a funny shtick just by the sound of his voice and first, second, or third person narrative of his own jokes.

Jim’s voice is amazing! The talking pitch of his voice can go from really high to really low. He’s the comedic equivalent of a very talented musician. It’s something that most people aren’t gifted with, and it always amazes me. ❤

Actually I think her contribution must be really important… Didn’t they separate for a little while? (I swear, I thought I heard that, 3-4 years ago), and he was doing a promotional tour for a special. I was shocked to see how a certain ‘something’ was missing from his humor (or maybe he was depressed?). All that to say that she carries a lot of weight in his act..!

That meeting with the Pope - were there _any_ Jewish or Muslim comedians in attendance? Almost all the ones mentioned by Jim are _famously_ Catholic, except Sedaris who is Greek Orthodox (which - you know, close enough ;-), Chris Rock and Whoopi Goldberg who are Baptists. But Whoopi at least went to Catholic School and did _Sister Act_ so she's two-thirds there already. Just saying. The rest of them were apparently from Mexico, Spain and Argentina, it's almost as though the Holy See was trying to make some kind of point there.
