This is my favorite buchu (garlic chives) noodle soup place. There is a branch in Hongdae, within a few blocks from the university. I actually prefer to have it as mixed noodles and have the soup on the side. A bit of broth to make the mixing easier. This place is amazing! Definitely get the chive noodle soup. The restaurant is called Gaio 가이오. A must try~

The Donkasse... yeah... 25% meat is not enough. But fun fact: for the original Wiener Schnitzel, the thinner the better, at least according to the classical technique. Its basically pounded as flat as possible without breaking it xD And then upper-class restaurants in Austria or Germany charge 30-40 Euro for it (50.000 Won) :D
