If you plan to drive the car on public roads don't delete abs because you don't know when and where you will need it ( i learned this the hard way). As i was driving a ford transit van doing 55 mph (and failed abs sensor) the car in front of me started braking. The problem is he had only half brake light out of three, and as i was approaching i realised that he was slowing down and i start to break from 55 dropped to 35/40 and brakes locked up causing me to crash so hard that his car turned into hatchback (it was some sort of a sedan pos). Thankfully no one was injured, but i had hard time proofing to police officers that he didn't have any brake lights whatsoever.
