These are were the double standards are; Jim Davidson Bernard Manning and other classic comedians are slammed for making jokes about race and sexuality, but it's ok when Frankie Boyle makes incredibly offensive jokes about Down's Syndrome kids and child abuse?

I agree with the OP in some respects. But I think his point just proves how bent the broadcaster/do gooders/liberal elite are. These days you have to be seen to be chastising Race jokes, and more so now 'homophobic jokes.' And the afformentioned can't wait to make a name for themselves by doing so. The disabled, sexually abused, etc will just have to wait until that bandwagon is at full speed. A joke is a joke. Nothing more. If you don't like it, don't listen.
