Ice beam, and shadow ball, u can slot tri atk instead in the event no pult or Ghold in meta. Oh wait it lost tri atk, Sv sux! Serene grace chansey, I was trolling w/ lucky glove. It does nothing. My most hated pokemon was pre gen-9 Landorus T. It felt like an obligatory choice on every OU team. Its sets were incredibly versatile, and it offered great role compression while being powerful both offensively and defensively in its own right. In gen 8, it was the best switch-in to a lot of current meta threats. And I hate it a lot. Landorus T deserved every nerf it got. It feels fine now. Having strong competition helps, like from Great Tusk who does certain things better, certain things worse, but shares a lot of the same weaknesses so teams trying to cover for one cover both. Also it looks dumb. At least Tusk is just Donphan (elephant I love) with spikes on it.

I was thinking about what new ability you could use to make an instantly hateable pokemon. What about an ability that sets the accuracy of all moves, both you and your opponent's, to 70%? Whether the move is naturally higher accuracy than 70% or naturally lower, the accuracy check will treat it as 70% accurate. Everything is now Focus Blast tier. Technically reliable, but deep down we all know.

Pokemon ROWE uses its "Signature Move" system to make Ninjask's Fury Cutter an 80 BP move based on Speed, which is as busted as you'd expect, and somehow I'd rather fight a Ninjask with that than a Ninjask with Sand-Attack. At least priority can deal with the former. Jirachi gets rid of the problem, and the problem is 60% of your turns. It's probably worse in Gen 4 where Sucker Punch isn't super-effective yet. I'm not experienced with the Gen 4 meta, but Lucario seems like a solid counter, though Fire Punch might be an issue. I remember the time I toxicstalled a Toxapex with Soak Dewpider in a challenge run of Unbound. That was funny. Radical Red gave Salt Cure to Corsola. Corsola also has Regenerator. This made it one of the most fun "stall" mons to use- I could Salt Cure a guy that switched in to hit Corsola with a weakness, maybe use Protect for more chip, then switch in another member of the team, which in my run was usually either Vespiquen (who can shrug off Corsola's weaknesses to Grass, Fighting and Ground) or Golurk (who is immune to Electric and appreciates any chance to set up Rock Polish). One tip about Poison Heal: the damage from Toxic continues ramping up in the background, even though it doesn't apply to the healing. If you get rid of Poison Heal via Skill Swap, Entrainment, Worry Seed, Neutralizing Gas, or Mummy, it'll start from that ramped-up damage. If the target's been in for long enough, this can be a one-shot!

Garganacl in sand is much more worse, it can sponge special hits more easily. However, Salt Cure's effect is blocked by Pokemon with ability Shield Dust or holding a Covert Cloak, also its damage at the end of the turn is ignored by Magic Guard Pokemon (Clefable for example), Clefable can easily deal with Garganacl with the combination of Calm Mind, Grass Knot, Life Orb and Grass Tera, it has 75% chance to OHKO it at +1 SpA with no SpA investment, 36 SpA EVs are the minimum required to get the guranteed OHKO. However Clefable is clapped by the rare Heavy Slam.

For me when I did a lot of showdown (mainly random battles) it was always the ones that felt like there was nothing that could be done to stop them even if you knew exactly what they were going to do. Pokemon with Leech Seed, then Spore or Substitute and the Sitrus Berry Harvest combo, those that could forever set up and would be +6 in whatever stat they needed as all I had was mons that would be walled by them, even something like Sigilyph when it would hold a flame orb, psycho shift it the burn and just start using cosmic power and roost I hated playing against. A lot of these will just be because I saw many of them in random battles when they would be a lot easier to beat on an OU/UU ladder. But I'd say in general the ones I never liked playing against were those that you can't stop them from doing whatever they want even if you knew that was it's whole plan, which does cover quite a few on that list like Substitute Ninjask, Quiver Dance Volcarona or Poison Heal Gliscor. They have counters obviously but if you don't have them or it's fainted then all you can do is watch as it beats your team on its own.

Personslly for Ninjask I use adamant choice band shadow ball, return, aerial ace and hidden power ground. One speed point above aerodactyl, max attack and the rest in hp because SOMETIMES it can live a weaker hit. Gliscor I actually run leftovers on because toxic is so common that I can bait it and get 18% healing on Gliscor. Swords dance and 3 attacking moves. Garganacl is the real bastard with max hp and special defense. Ghost terra, block, recover, salt cure and iron defense

Much like Poliwag having Bellibolt to tag in and survive the Thunderbolt. Skwovet has a very iconic win condition. Its shiny, so its a red squirrel. Killing a red squirrel is incredibly immoral as they are endangered in the UK, and thus, you will lose the moral ground and likely face a legal penalty.

For me the most aggravating pokemon not on this list is Celesteela - never dies and it's a steel flying type with absurd defences and leech seed for god only knows what reason, and also flying stab and fire coverage just to make sure that your grass type switchins to leech seed are completely unsafe. I think it got overshadowed as an annoying stallmon by toxapex somewhat but for me it's even more aggravating. Doesn't help that the two made a pretty decent core so long as you could cover for their mutual electric weakness

Ninjask used to be in UUBL in gen 3 not too long ago, this video showed him in UU, but after checking, it's now in RUBL. I'm curious why they dropped it down so much, you'd think it would be awful to play against without sand.

Baton pass is banned in Gen 3 UU, so ninjask's speedpass niche is eliminated. Baton Pass is also banned from gen3 RU, but ninjask was still banned from the tier for being too strong with sd and a lack of steel types/resistances in the tier.

Ninjask is my favourite pokemon. Now, i use offensive no item acrobatics ninjask in gen9 nat dex UU, so perhaps my ninjask is exempt from the hatred, but i still find it sad that people dont like my boy. Also, my ninjask has the best nickname ive ever come up with, its called Buggin' On Edibles.
